Second Nature Travel offers secondary and tertiary education institutions and special interest groups tailored programs through 32 countries. Our programs visit areas of cultural, natural and religious significance. Itineraries include visits to local projects that aim to improve livelihoods or deal with local problems such as health, conservation and education.
Learning opportunities through experiencing other cultures is best accommodated through first hand experience. The experiences we are able to provide students have facilitated an increased understanding of other religions and cultures by visiting local development projects (such as remote schools and orphanages) and home-stay programs.
We offer itineraries to destinations throughout Asia, Australia, the Pacific, North and South America, Europe and North Africa.
We are based in Australia but have local staff in each country we visit. In Australia we offer guided bushwalks, diving, birding and photography tours through World Heritage listed areas and National Parks.
No matter what specific interest your group may have, we can also develop national and international itineraries to suit your needs.
