Below is an example itinerary for an adventure across Brisbane and the Gold Coast

DAY 1

06:50 Arrive at Brisbane Airport (BNE)
08:15 Pick up from Airport and drive to Mt Coot-tha for a view over the city
09:00 Arrive at Mt Coot-tha. Enjoy morning tea from the top of the mountain
09:45 Depart Mt Coot-tha for the Gold Coast
10:45 Arrive at the Gold Coast Seaway
11:00 Welcome and orientation at ‘The Spit’
11:45 Depart The Spit for Gold Coast Tour
12:00 Arrive at Narrowneck Beach.  Enjoy lunch with a view down the entire length of the Gold Coast
12:45 Depart Narrowneck Beach and drive through Surfers Paradise to Kirra Beach (world famous surfing beach)
13:30 Arrive at Kirra Beach for a swim in the ocean
14:30 Depart Kirra for Lamington National Park
15:45 Arrive at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge and check-in to ‘Safari Tent’ accommodation

09:00 Arrive at O’Reilly’s Guesthouse (Green Mountains)
09:15 Enjoy the view from the Rainforest Canopy Boardwalk
09:45 Start the first section of the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (22.5km one-way)
10:30 Morning tea
12:30 Lunch
13:00 Turn off the Border Track and head to Binna Burra via the Coomera Falls Circuit through Warm/ Cool Subtropical rainforest & Cool Temperate rainforest to ‘Tullawallul’ to see 3,000 year-old Antarctic Beech trees!
17:00 Arrive at Binna Burra after an amazing day’s hike!
17:15 Shower/ free time
18:30 Dinner

08:15 Start the second section of the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (21km one-way)
10:30 Morning tea
11:30 Enjoy some spectacular views as you make your way down from the escarpment down to the Numinbah Valley
12:30 Lunch
17:00 Arrive at Camp 2 after another amazing day’s hike!
17:15 Set up tents and free time before dinner
18:15 Enjoy a delicious dinner after the longest day of this three-day hike!
19:15 Roasting marshmallows over the campfire
20:00 End set day program

DAY 4

07:30 Pack up tents and pack gear into bus
08:00 Breakfast
09:00 Start the third section of the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (12.5km one-way)
10:30 Morning tea
12:00 Lunch
14:00 Arrive at destination – Purlingbrook Falls
14:15 Tour the mountain including stops at Purlingbrook Falls, Canyon Lookout and Best of All Lookouts!
15:45 Depart Springbrook Mountain by bus for the Gold Coast
16:45 Arrive at accommodation on Gold Coast.  Check-in to accommodation
17:00 Free time before dinner
18:00 Enjoy a fabulous dinner on the central Gold Coast
19:15 Explore the night life on a walk through the heart of Surfers Paradise
20:30 Return to accommodation
20:45 Arrive at accommodation. End set day program.

DAY 5

07:45 Breakfast
08:30 Interactive presentation on local Aboriginal culture with an authentic variety of Aboriginal artefacts to display and pass around!
10:00 Depart accommodation for Yugambeh Museum, Language & Heritage Research Centre
10:45 Arrive at the museum. Enter museum
12:15 Depart museum for famous Yatala Pies
12:30 Arrive at Yatala Pies. Enjoy a traditional (however non-indigenous!) Australian cultural icon! You can choose any pie you like!
13:00 Depart Yatala Pies for Burleigh Heads
14:00 Arrive at a preserved ‘Bora Ring’ located at North Burleigh. This is an area for ‘men’s business’ and a taboo area for women
14:15 Depart Bora Ring for Burleigh Headland
14:30 Arrive at Burleigh Headland. Enjoy a walk around Burleigh – first up to the littoral rainforest, past a traditional women’s birthing area and then down through Eucalypt forest to an Aboriginal Midden and fish trap! Try some native Australian stingless bee honey and other ‘bush tucker’ whilst enjoying a walk through beautiful coastal heathland.  Hear some aboriginal ‘Dreamtime Stories’ as you make your way along the coast of basalt rock back to the rocky shore at the front of the mountain
16:30 Return to accommodation
17:00 Arrive at accommodation. Free time until dinner
18:30 Dinner at a local restaurant
19:30 Return to accommodation
19:45 (optional) Movie ‘Rabbit Proof Fence’ – A fantastic/ tragic true story of survival

09:15 Depart accommodation by bus for Wet ‘n’ Wild
09:45 Arrive at Wet ‘n’ Wild. Entire day at Wet ‘n’ Wild water park
12:30 Lunch inside Wet ‘n’ Wild
15:30 Depart Wet ‘n’ Wild for accommodation
16:15 Arrive at accommodation. Shower and prepare for sunset view over the entire Gold Coast from the Q1 Skydeck!
17:00 Depart for Q1
17:15 Arrive at Q1. Journey up inside one of the world’s fastest elevators to the 77th floor!
18:15 Depart Q1 for restaurant
18:30 Enjoy a fantastic dinner in Surfers Paradise on your last night on the Gold Coast!
